Greetings from Nawajith Medical Trading Company.We sincerely thank you for your continued trust and support.
To ensure smooth processing, timely delivery, and proper handling of medical supplies, please follow our updated workflow:
🛒 Order Placement
All orders must be placed only through our website:👉 https://nawajith-medical-trading.company.site/
Allowed Ordering Dates:
22nd to 25th of every month → for the upcoming month’s requirements.
Additional Order (Missed Items):
Place on the 13th to 14th of every month → Delivered on the 16th.
No Direct Orders / Material Requests
Orders via WhatsApp or phone will not be accepted.
Exception: new item requests, which can be submitted directly to our sales team.
Pre-Order Items
If a product shows as Pre-Order on the website, it can be added.
Delivery will be made as soon as stock is available.
📩 Order Confirmation & Approval
Once an order is placed, an Order Confirmation PDF will be emailed.
Please forward this to your clinic accountant for approval. The store will prepare only after approvals are completed.
Ensure orders are placed within each doctor’s allocated material budget (budgets vary) to avoid rejection or delays.
🛑 Important Notes
Clinical Instruments
Do not mix instruments with regular materials in the same order.
Mixed orders will be rejected from the store.
For new instrument requests, coordinate with the Head Nurse before ordering.
Surgery Clinics – Implants & Surgery Materials
Assistants must order strictly based on each doctor’s monthly usage.
Do not keep overstock; this leads to expiry and wastage. Accounts monitors stock and will issue warnings if excess is found.
Always maintain enough stock for each doctor’s choices so treatments are never disrupted.
Alternative Products (Important)
Our website includes most dental materials preferred by specialist doctors.
Before requesting a new product, check for an in-stock alternative to ensure earlier delivery and avoid delays.
📦 Delivery Schedule
Regular Orders: Delivered on the 1st day of every month.
Additional Orders (14th): Delivered on the 16th.
Pre-Order Items: Delivered immediately when stock arrives.
🆘 Delivery Support
If there is any delay in delivery, contact your Head Nurse or Superintendent with the order number.
The store team will check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
🔄 Returns & Replacements Policy
We will not accept return of any materials or instruments once they have been used.
Therefore, please make sure to confirm with the doctor before ordering.
Returns may be considered only if items are:
Unopened, unused, and in original packaging, and
Reported within 48 hours of delivery.
🌡 Storage & Handling Policy
Each material has specific storage temperature/conditions.
Clinics must store accordingly to avoid damage or expiry.
The store is not responsible for damages caused by improper storage at the clinic.
